Inspirational Thai massage: Thursday 18th April, 1 to 4pm

This 3 hour course  is designed to inspire Thai massage practitioners with a 30 min sequence of easy yet effective postures to improve joint movement and release muscle tension.

Prerequisite: you should have a good base of Thai massage to follow this class.

Introduction to Thai Yoga Massage 

Sunday 28 April and Saturday 8 June from 2 to 5pm

Thai Yoga Massage is a unique healing therapy with Indian origins in Ayurvedic medicine and Yoga. It combines yoga postures and stretching with various massage techniques, working along energy lines and pressure points. Together these actions result in a comprehensive treatment that relieves muscular tension, improves circulation, boosts the immune system and balances the body energetically.

In this Intro you will learn the foundations of Thai Yoga Massage and a 30 minutes massage sequence. 

No prerequisites required for this class.

Massage for people with disability: Saturday 18th May, 2 to 5pm 

This course is for caregivers or anyone interested in working with people with movement restrictions that can benefit from receiving regular massage. 

You will learn a 30 min massage sequence on a table and how to adapt according to the restrictions and needs of each person. 

No prerequisites required for this class.

Sip Sen: Thai massage energy lines: Thursday 6th June, 1 to 4pm 

Knowing about the Sip Sen, the 10 thai massage energy lines, is just the beginning. In this class we will incorporate this ancient knowledge to our practice in a 30 min massage sequence.

Prerequisite: you should have a good base of Thai massage and have a basic knowledge of the Sen lines to follow this class.
